Our sirloin steak is unbelievably tender and full of intense flavor.
We recommend seasoning generously with sea salt and pan-frying at high heat for 3 minutes on each side to form a nice crust before transferring to a hot oven for 6-10 minutes. Add freshly cracked black pepper once cooked ,and be sure to rest your steak for at least half the cooking time to allow it to relax.
